12pm – 1:15pm EDTGreen Infrastructure Webinar Series: The Power of Partnerships for Green Infrastructure | Environmental Finance Center Network
The U.S. faces a significant infrastructure funding gap, making the task of meeting storm water management demands challenging for any single entity. To address current and future infrastructure needs, partnerships and innovative investment methods are essential. In this webinar, we will explore various types of partnerships, their benefits, and their purpose within green infrastructure. Practitioners from three cities – Milwaukee, Seattle, and Philadelphia – will present case studies of successful green infrastructure projects that owe their success to effective collaboration among entities.
- Gain familiarity with the range of possible types and compositions of partnerships that make green infrastructure happen.
- Learn how partnerships aid in green storm water funding and investment challenges.
- Walk away with three concrete examples of how these concepts can work in practice.
